Half-yearly report on the liquidity contract for CNP Assurances shares
entrusted to Oddo BHF
Under the liquidity contract entrusted to Oddo BHF to maintain a liquid market
for CNP Assurances shares (ISIN FR0000120222), the following assets were
recorded on the liquidity account as of 31 December 2018:
In the first half of 2019, CNP Assurances and Oddo BHF intend to amend the
current liquidity contract and adjust the assets allocated to the liquidity
account in order to comply with the AMF decision n° 2018-01 of 2 July 2018
establishing liquidity contracts on shares as a permitted market practice.
