Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield completes the disposal of the Capital 8 office building
Further to an agreement entered into in July 2018, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announces the completion of the disposal of the Capital 8 office building, located in the central business district of Paris, to Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager. The Net Disposal Price of the transaction is EUR789 Mn.
