1933 Industries Appoints New CFO and VP Finance

1933 Industries Inc., a cannabis cultivator and producer, announced the appointment of Mr. Jeremy Fong as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2025. Mr. Fong, a Certified Public Accountant, comes with significant experience in public company financial reporting and compliance. His background includes operational audits and financial statement disclosure for NASDAQ listings and Fortune 1000 companies.

In his new role, Mr. Fong replaces Mr. Brian Farrell, who has taken on the positions of Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chairman of the Board, also starting February 1, 2025. Additionally, Ms. Kathy Estochin has been named VP Finance and Administration. Ms. Estochin, an accounting professional with over 35 years of industry experience, has led the Company's Finance Department since 2020.

These appointments mark a strategic phase in the Company's development, with both Mr. Fong and Ms. Estochin working alongside Ms. Ester Vigil, President of 1933 Industries.
