1933 Industries Extends Expiry Date of Warrants
Vancouver, BC / Accesswire / June 5, 2024 / 1933 Industries Inc. (CSE:TGIF, OTCQB:TGIFF), a Nevada-focused cannabis cultivator and producer, has announced an agreement to amend the expiry date of its outstanding 3,700,000 warrants. Initially set to expire on June 13, 2024, the new expiry date extends to November 9, 2025. These warrants, originally issued on November 9, 2020, come with an exercise price of $0.075. All other terms and conditions of the warrants remain unchanged.
