2023 annual results of the company IDSUD
On March 30, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the company IDSUD approved the corporate accounts for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. The company announces a net accounting profit of 18.7 million euros, mainly including the proceeds from the sale of shares of Française des Jeux for 17.9 million euros.
The company's equity is positive at 7.4 million euros. IDSUD holds 1.464% of the shares of Française des Jeux, valued at 91.9 million euros gross at closing.
The turnover is stable, although the operating result decreased by 0.2 million euros. The financial result, however, is positive at 8.8 million euros.
For 2024, IDSUD forecasts a dividend from Française des Jeux of around 5 million euros. The Foreign Exchange and Travel sectors showed improved performance in 2023, gradually returning to pre-Covid levels.
