2023/2024 Half-Year Results of Montagne Et Neige Développement

Montagne Et Neige Développement SA (MND) has published its results for the first half of the 2023/2024 financial year, period from July 1 to December 31, 2023. Turnover reached €30.3 million, marking a reduction 38% compared to the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The drop is attributed in particular to the delay in starting the Chimgan project and the end of a partnership with the Bartholet group.

Despite this, the gross margin improved from 35% to 42%, thanks to a favorable business mix. Adjusted EBITDA, however, shows a loss of €1.4 million, compared to a gain of €3.7 million a year earlier. The group's net income also shows a loss of €5.8 million.

In terms of cash flow, cash availability stood at €0.5 million as of December 31, 2023. Financial debt increased to €41.5 million. Looking ahead, MND does not plan to reach €100 million in annual turnover for 2023/2024, but announces the launch of ORIZON™, a new range of cable transport devices.

The order book at the end of December 2023 amounts to €126.7 million, promising improved achievements in the coming months.
