2024 half-yearly report on the UPERGY liquidity contract
UPERGY has communicated the results of its liquidity contract as of December 31, 2024 with TSAF - Tradition Securities And Futures. The liquidity account shows 16,526 shares and €17,177.04. In comparison, as of June 30, 2024, the account showed 16,443 shares and €17,015.17.
During the second half of 2024, 16,083 shares were purchased and 16,000 sold, for 56 purchase transactions and 54 sale transactions. The respective capital amounts amount to €28,156.70 for purchases and €28,318.57 for sales.
This balance sheet shows a slight surplus of capital for sales. Transactions were carried out at prices ranging from €1.55 to €2.11 per share, suggesting moderate volatility in UPERGY shares during this period.
