2CRSi and Chemours Partner for Advanced Server Cooling
2CRSi SA and The Chemours Company have announced a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to accelerate the deployment of two-phase liquid cooling for high-density servers. This follows the successful qualification of Chemours' Opteon™ fluid in 2CRSi's servers. The collaboration aims to enhance innovation in both companies' portfolios by leveraging Chemours' thermal management expertise and 2CRSi's server design leadership.
The partnership will focus on developing high-density IT infrastructure to support AI and next-generation chips, highlighting significant environmental benefits. Opteon™ solutions are expected to reduce data center cooling energy by up to 90% compared to traditional air cooling, addressing growing energy demands in AI computing.
2CRSi has successfully integrated Chemours' fluids to commercialize ultra-high-density servers, such as the Atlas 1.8GG 2PIC model, showcasing their commitment to decarbonizing digital infrastructure.
