A1 Group Implements Amdocs Subscription Marketplace Across Six Countries

Amdocs, a renowned software and services provider in the communications and media sectors, has announced the successful deployment of its Subscription Marketplace solution in six A1 Group countries. This rollout aims to enhance the subscription process for various third-party services, providing a user-friendly platform for A1 customers in Austria, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia.

The platform simplifies the onboarding of new B2C partners, enabling customers to efficiently manage and customize their subscriptions. This initiative aligns with A1 Group's commitment to expanding its subscription services and improving customer experience.

With the new system, customers can easily integrate services like Netflix into their existing connectivity packages, streamlining their experience. The platform also improves operational efficiency by optimizing the subscription management lifecycle and reducing costs.

Yuliya Daineko, Head of Products and Platforms at A1 Group, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. Anthony Goonetilleke from Amdocs emphasized the growth in the digital subscription market and A1 Group’s proactive stance in enhancing customer experiences.
