Aareal Bank and Henderson Park Secure £275 Million for Hotel Portfolio

Aareal Bank has arranged a £275 million financing loan for Henderson Park's hotel portfolio in Edinburgh and Dublin. This arrangement concerns three hotels: the Caledonian Edinburgh, Hilton Edinburgh Carlton, and Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre, managed by Klarent Hospitality. Aareal Bank acted as the arranger, sole lender, and security agent for this deal.

The Caledonian Edinburgh, a historical hotel close to Edinburgh Castle, is joined by the centrally located Hilton Edinburgh Carlton and the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin. Extensive renovations are planned for the two Edinburgh hotels to enhance guest experiences.
