AB Litigation Partner GmbH Invites Offers for STADA Shareholder Rights

AB Litigation Partner GmbH has announced an invitation for former shareholders of STADA Arzneimittel AG who tendered their shares at €66.25 per share during the voluntary takeover offer by Nidda Healthcare Holding AG on 19 July 2017. The offer was accepted by 63.76% of shareholders by the initial deadline and an additional 0.11% during the extended period.

The company invites these shareholders to submit offers for the assignment of certain rights linked to their tendered shares, now holding ISINs DE000A2GS5A4 or DE000A2GS5B2. AB Litigation offers EUR 2.10 per share for these rights. Submissions must include personal details, number of rights, and proof of tender.

AB Litigation emphasizes that only complete offers will be considered and retains the discretion to accept offers in part. There is no obligation from the company to accept any offers. All completed offers should be sent to their office in Bonn, Germany, by email or post.
