AB Science - Results of the Combined General Meeting of June 26, 2024

On June 26, 2024, the shareholders of AB Science met in Paris for the Combined General Meeting. The shareholders, present or represented, held 21,948,183 ordinary shares and 38,495,615 voting rights, or 42.15% of the shares with voting rights and 55.86% of the voting rights.

During this meeting, all the proposed resolutions were adopted with the exception of the 23rd. Among the key resolutions are the approval of the corporate and consolidated accounts for the 2023 financial year, as well as authorizations concerning executive remuneration.

Extraordinary resolutions were also widely approved. This includes authorizing the Board of Directors to increase the share capital and modifying the terms of the B' Shares.
