ABC arbitrage: HY 2024 Results
ABC arbitrage's Board of Directors, led by Chairman Dominique Ceolin, approved the consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2024. The company reported net revenues of €22.8 million, up from €20.2 million in 2023. Net income stood at €8.9 million, a slight increase from €8.8 million in 2023.
The company achieved an annualised return on equity (ROE) of 11.2% for 2024, up from 11.1% the previous year. Earnings per share remained constant at €0.15. Equity decreased marginally to €158 million from €160 million in 2023.
Despite a less active financial market, ABC arbitrage continued to perform steadily. However, their third-party management assets under management fell by 9%, totaling €313 million as of September 1, 2024. Digital asset activities resumed following a license extension by France's AMF.
The Board proposed two interim dividend payments for 2024, amounting to €0.10 per share each, payable in October and December.
Looking ahead, the company sees consistent activity levels akin to 2023. ABC arbitrage plans to focus on new strategies to ensure long-term profitability, even in unfavourable market conditions.
