ABIONYX: Capital structure and voting rights as of July 31, 2025

ABIONYX, listed on Euronext Paris, Compartment C, has announced the total number of its voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2025. The company's capital consists of 34,931,012 shares outstanding. Total gross, or theoretical, voting rights stand at 44,395,913. This figure includes all shares with voting rights, even those without effective voting rights.

As for net voting rights, i.e. those actually exercisable at the General Meeting, they reach 44,111,872. This distinction is made in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) to guarantee precise and transparent information to investors.
