ABIVAX: Number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2024
On September 19, 2024, ABIVAX published an update on its share capital and voting rights. According to the press release, the company reported a capital of EUR 632,946.53.
The total number of shares as of August 31, 2024 is 63,276,925. The number of theoretical voting rights, used as a basis for calculating threshold crossings, amounts to 70,557,851. On the other hand, the number of exercisable voting rights is 70,556,237.
These theoretical voting rights include shares deprived of voting rights, while exercisable rights do not take them into account. In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations and the AMF recommendations of 17 July 2007, this information is communicated for transparency with the public.
