Able View Global Inc. Faces Nasdaq Compliance Challenge
Able View Global Inc., a significant brand management partner for international beauty brands in China, announced they received a notification from Nasdaq regarding a failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement. From September 18 to October 29, 2024, the company's share price fell below the USD$1.00 threshold, marking a compliance deficiency as per Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
This notification does not immediately affect Able View's listing on Nasdaq. They have until April 28, 2025, to return to compliance, needing their share price to remain at least USD$1.00 for ten consecutive business days during this period.
If the company fails to meet this criterion, they might still earn more time by fulfilling other initial listing standards. If unable, the company might face delisting. Able View’s board plans to explore options to meet Nasdaq's requirements as the deadline approaches.
