ABO Energy Raises 2024 Profit Forecast

ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA has revised its profit expectations for the 2024 financial year, now anticipating a net profit exceeding EUR 25 million. This update contradicts an earlier projection from November 2024, which estimated profits between EUR 20 and 25 million. The original forecast had anticipated a profit range of EUR 25 to 31 million before adjustments. Following discussions with the auditor, the company's Head of Controlling conveyed to management that the higher range is likely to be surpassed. Current estimates suggest a net profit of around EUR 25.6 million, although this figure remains provisional. Analysts had projected an average profit of EUR 22.6 million. Official financial results will be published on March 31, 2025.
