Abrdn Income Credit Strategies Fund Announces Quarterly Dividend
The Board of Trustees of abrdn Income Credit Strategies Fund has declared a cash distribution for its 5.25% Series A Perpetual Preferred Shares. Shareholders will receive $0.328125 per share, payable March 31, 2025. The Series A Preferred Shares (NYSE: ACP PRA) are rated "A2" by Moody's and offer an annual dividend rate of $1.3125.
Issued at $25.00 per share in May 2021, these shares provide quarterly payouts. Dividend sources may include various forms of income, such as capital gains and return of capital. Detailed tax information for 2025 distributions will be available in January 2026 via Form 1099-DIV.
