ACCENTRO Real Estate AG Announces Planned Deferral of Bond Interest Payments
Berlin, 16 July 2024 - ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has announced its intention to defer the interest payments due in August on the 2020/2026 bond and in September on the 2021/2029 bond. This measure is part of ongoing restructuring negotiations with significant bondholders aimed at securing the company's future.
The deferral will be sought as a precautionary measure, with approval proceedings initiated under the German Bond Act. The deferral of interest on the 2020/2026 bond will be until 13 December 2024, while the deferral on the 2021/2029 bond is contingent on the former's approval and is set until 20 December 2024.
