Accor Launches €240 Million Tranche of Share Buyback Program
Accor has announced the initiation of a €240 million tranche as part of its €440 million share buyback program for 2025. This step marks the continuation of its earlier buyback effort completed in May, which amounted to €200 million. The company has partnered with an investment services provider to carry out this buyback.
The decision comes in the wake of Accor's 2024 annual results release and aligns with the resolutions made during the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting. Acquired shares will be canceled, and the buyback shall adhere to a maximum price limit of 80 euros per share.
This move is part of Accor's broader strategy to manage its capital structure while striving to enhance shareholder value. Accor, a global hospitality leader, continues to emphasize responsible and sustainable growth.
