Accor's Steady Growth Amidst Macroeconomic Challenges in H1 2025

In the first half of 2025, Accor reported a 5.1% increase in revenue at constant currency, alongside a 4.6% rise in RevPAR. Despite geopolitical challenges and currency fluctuations, the company's recurring EBITDA increased 9.4% to €552 million. Shareholder returns remained a priority with the launch of a €240 million share buyback program.

Accor's diverse geographic and brand portfolio allowed it to maintain strong global demand. The company opened 117 hotels, expanding its portfolio to 5,740 hotels worldwide. In particular, the Americas region showed significant growth with Brazil driving a 9.1% increase in RevPAR.

Accor's expansion plans continue with a partnership with InterGlobe in India and acquisitions in the Americas. The company aims for 3-4% RevPAR growth annually, alongside consistent EBITDA growth.
