ACTIA Group: 2024 Financial Results

ACTIA Group announces consolidated revenue of €535.1 million in 2024, a decrease of 7.6%. Despite this, EBITDA reached €61.7 million, an increase of 46.8%. The group recorded free cash flow of €51.4 million, reducing its net debt to €150.1 million, compared to €187.9 million the previous year.

Sales in the Mobility division, which accounted for 74.8% of total sales, fell by 9.9%. However, other divisions, such as Aerospace (+13.3%) and Engineering Services (+28.8%), posted significant growth. ACTIA is focusing on innovation and plans to continue its investment efforts to stabilize results in 2025.

The group also reduced its raw material purchases by 16.6% thanks to improved supply management. Personnel costs increased by 14.4%, reflecting inflation and salary adjustments. Operating profit, despite the challenges in the Mobility division, improved to €32.3 million.
