Adage Capital exceeds 5% in MEDINCELL

On February 25, 2025, MEDINCELL received a notification from Adage Capital Management LP following the crossing of the 5% threshold of its capital. This crossing took place on February 21, 2025. Adage Capital now holds 1,725,000 shares, representing 5.22% of the capital and 3.86% of the voting rights of MEDINCELL.
