Approved: The Commercial Court validates Adomos' continuation plan
Adomos announces that the Paris Commercial Court approved its continuation plan on November 13, 2025. This decision follows the hearing on October 22 and represents a crucial step for the company's future. The plan provides for full repayment of creditors over nine years, with an option for immediate repayment of 30% for unsecured creditors, which was overwhelmingly accepted.
Florent Hunsinger has been appointed commissioner to oversee the implementation of the plan. Now financially stable, Adomos intends to focus on its new strategy centered on customer knowledge and data-driven marketing. The acquisition of a data management company, contingent upon the plan's approval, is planned.
This move marks the beginning of a strengthened dynamic for Adomos, ready to combine organic growth with targeted acquisitions. The objective is to become a major player in data marketing for wealth management and property renovation.
