ADOMOS LAUNCHES JUDICIAL RECOVERY PROCEEDING WITH NEW FINANCING AND CHANGE OF GOVERNANCE
ADOMOS declared a cessation of payments on May 17, 2024. The Paris Commercial Court opened judicial recovery proceedings on June 13, 2024, setting an observation period of six months. Financial partners have undertaken not to convert their bonds during this period.
ATLAS SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES will provide bond financing of up to 4 million euros, subject to judicial authorization, to support this observation period. The detailed characteristics of these bonds and warrants will be specified later.
A reshuffle of the board of directors was announced with the appointment of Philippe Ausseur as Chairman and CEO, and the inclusion of new members to accelerate the company's recovery. Franck Rosset continues to support ADOMOS as Director of the Real Estate Investments division.
