AGRANA Expands Management Board with New Appointment

AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG has announced the expansion of its Management Board with the appointment of Franz Ennser as a new member. Starting November 1, 2025, Ennser will join for a three-year term as Chief Operations Officer (COO), boosting the board to four members alongside Chairman Stephan Büttner, Norbert Harringer, and Stephan Meeder.

Ennser, an agricultural economist from Upper Austria, brings extensive experience to the role. With AGRANA since 1998, he served as CEO of Austria Juice GmbH since 2014. His new responsibilities will cover Agricultural Raw Materials and Operational Excellence, including Occupational Health and Investments, as well as Purchasing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.

AGRANA, founded in 1988, is noted for converting agricultural raw materials into high-quality foods and industrial products, generating €3.5 billion in revenue with 9,000 employees globally.
