Opening of the Simplified Public Tender Offer by Novaagro Ukraine LLC on AgroGeneration
Novaagro Ukraine LLC is launching a simplified public tender offer for AgroGeneration shares. The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has approved the offer, which will run from October 14 to 27, 2025. The proposed price is €0.033 per share.
AgroGeneration's Board of Directors issued a unanimous favorable opinion, deeming the offer fair according to the Sorgem Evaluation report. AgroGeneration shareholders are encouraged to subscribe to it.
However, there will be no squeeze-out procedure if minority shareholders retain more than 10% of the capital. Furthermore, the offer will not be reopened after its closure.
