AI/ML Innovations Inc. Completes Acquisition of Technology from Naiad Lab Inc.

VICTORIA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 17, 2024 / AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE:AIML)(OTCQB:AIMLF)(FWB:42FB) has finalized an agreement to acquire advanced neural net healthcare technologies from Naiad Lab Inc. The purchase, effective as of June 3, 2024, strengthens AIML's position in the AI/ML sector.

The acquired technologies include a proprietary Long ECG Neural Net (L-ECG NN) for detailed cardiovascular insights, and a neural network store (NNStore) for AI-driven analysis. This acquisition aligns with AIML's strategic goals and innovation plan.
