Air France-KLM Announces Voting Rights for September 2024
The Air France-KLM group has disclosed its latest figures pertaining to voting rights and shares, in compliance with French regulatory requirements. As of September 30, 2024, the total number of shares stands at 262,769,869.
The company also reported a theoretical number of voting rights amounting to 360,724,827. This total includes double voting rights provisioned for eligible shares. These figures are shared in accordance with the French Code of Commerce and the rules of the French financial market authority, AMF.
