Air France-KLM Implements New Liquidity Contract
Air France-KLM has announced the implementation of a liquidity contract for its ordinary shares with Rothschild Martin Maurel. This agreement aligns with current regulations, particularly AMF Decision no. 2021-01. The aim is to enhance the liquidity and stability of Air France-KLM shares on Euronext Paris.
A total of 10 million euros has been allocated to this effort. The contract is set to commence on August 1, 2025, with an initial term of 12 months. It is subject to automatic renewal for additional 12-month periods. Suspension of the contract is possible under specified conditions, such as technical requirements for share counting before general meetings or dividend distributions.
