UBS Group AG reduces its stake in AIR FRANCE-KLM
On September 16, 2025, UBS Group AG, a Swiss company, announced that it had lowered its stake in AIR FRANCE-KLM to 5%. This statement, received by mail on September 19, states that UBS now holds 652,447 shares, representing 0.25% of the company's capital and 0.18% of its voting rights. The increase resulted from an off-market sale of shares.
Regarding the shares held, UBS still indirectly controls 110,349 shares through "right of use" contracts. These include 10 shares linked to an ADR contract and 110,339 shares linked to another similar contract. In addition, UBS owns 542,098 shares through "right of use over reverse convertible" contracts.
