Air Liquide Concludes Share Buyback Agreement
On December 16, 2024, Air Liquide concluded its share repurchase agreement with an investment services provider, initiated on December 2, 2024. This deal is part of Air Liquide's ongoing Share Buyback Program, approved by the Combined Shareholders’ General Meeting on April 30, 2024.
The company has repurchased 352,000 of its shares, equating to 0.07% of its share capital as of December 31, 2023, at a total purchase price of €56,203,452.80. Air Liquide plans to cancel some of these shares, while others will support long-term incentive plans.
This strategic move is in line with Air Liquide's broader strategy to integrate financial and extra-financial performance, as outlined in its ADVANCE plan for 2025. The company remains committed to innovation and contributing to the energy transition.
