The plant will produce ultra-pure nitrogen and oxygen, key gases in chip manufacturing, with operations expected to commence by the end of 2027. This investment demonstrates Air Liquide’s commitment to innovation and providing reliable, high-quality supplies to meet the semiconductor industry's precise needs.
