This suite includes ultra-high purity molybdenum molecules and innovative distribution systems, marking a strategic step in supporting next-gen semiconductors.

Developed collaboratively with chip manufacturers, Subleem™ is positioned to replace traditional tungsten in chip production, facilitating advancements in AI-driven memory and logic chips. This move reinforces Air Liquide’s prominence in the sector, spotlighting its innovation and ability to scale production rapidly.

Air Liquide’s commitment is further evidenced by existing production units in Japan and soon-to-open facilities in the United States, aligning with growing market demands. Executive Committee member Armelle Levieux remarked on the company's strategic presence in key semiconductor hubs, highlighting its role in pioneering solutions for the industry's evolution.
