Airwell Group 2024 Half-Year Results: An Impactful Drop in Activity

On September 17, 2024, the Airwell Group published its half-year results for the year. Revenue reached €25.7 million, down 20.8% compared to 2023. This decrease is due to a real estate crisis on new construction and the slowdown in renovation.

Gross margin increased to 38.4%, compared to 31.1% in 2023. However, EBITDA stood at -€0.2 million, marking a deterioration compared to the €1.8 million of the previous half-year. Net income stood at -€0.8 million compared to €1.0 million last year.

Airwell has continued to invest in new offers such as "Ma Maison Hybride" and "Leezy". CEO Laurent Roegel believes that these innovations will stimulate future growth. The financial situation remains under control with available cash of €2.2 million.

The launch of new solutions for energy renovation is imminent, aimed at strengthening their position in the energy efficiency market.
