Alan Allman Associates announces capital increase
Issy-les-Moulineaux, July 2, 2024 – Alan Allman Associates (Euronext Paris - AAA) announces a capital increase reserved for a restricted circle of investors. The company issues 33,584 new shares for an amount of 10,075.20 euros.
This operation aims to finance the payment of the additional price linked to the acquisition of WINNING Consulting, finalized in November 2023. The new shares represent approximately 0.0007% of the share capital. The total number of shares in circulation thus increases from 45,728,625 to 45,762,209.
The new shares will be listed on Euronext Paris Compartment B under the ISIN code FR0000062465. Their settlement-delivery and admission to negotiations are planned from July 3, 2024.
