Alchemin prepares its Combined General Meeting of June 7, 2024
The Alchemy company has announced the availability of the necessary documents for the Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 7, 2024 in Paris. This meeting will take place at the Balthazar Associés firm, located 24, rue de Berri. The documents include the agenda and proposed resolutions which were published in BALO on May 3, 2024.
Shareholders wishing to participate have several options: physical presence, proxy to another person, voting by mail or asking written questions in advance. All documents are accessible in the “Investors” section of the Alchemin website, and shareholders can also request them in writing.
