Allgeier SE: Q3 2024 Revenue Impacted by Public Sector Delays
In Q3 2024, Allgeier SE experienced revenue challenges due to delays in public sector digitalization projects. Revenue was EUR 4 million below expectations, impacting EBITDA by EUR 2.5 million. For the first nine months, project delays led to a total revenue reduction of EUR 17 million, negatively affecting EBITDA by EUR 8 million.
Despite these setbacks, overall earnings targets were met, with noticeable recovery in public sector business via mgm technology partners. Total revenue for the first nine months reached EUR 335 million. Adjusted EBITDA was EUR 37 million, EUR 6 million below initial plans. Without the public-sector impact, adjusted EBITDA would have exceeded EUR 45 million.
Looking ahead, publicplan anticipates further revenue and EBITDA impacts in Q4. The full-year revenue estimate is between EUR 455 and 460 million, with adjusted EBITDA expected at EUR 55 to 56 million.
