Allied Universal to Lead Education Session at IACLEA 2024 Conference
IRVINE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 11, 2024 / Allied Universal® will spearhead an education session at the 2024 International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) Conference and Exposition. The event will take place in New Orleans from June 24 to 27.
The session, titled "The Road to 2030: The Next Generation of Campus Leadership," is scheduled for 10 to 11:30 a.m. CT on June 27 in the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton New Orleans hotel. It will explore the evolution of campus police and public safety leadership, emphasizing diverse representation in campus police agencies.
The discussion will include the 30x30 initiative, which aims to increase the percentage of women in police recruit classes to 30% by 2030. It will also cover the future of campus leadership and support initiatives for their success. The session will be moderated by Mahsa Karimi, Allied Universal’s director of vertical markets for education.
Panelists include L. Angela Webb from Rhodes College, Doreen Jokerst from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Adam Garcia from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and Kirk Bouyelas from Tulane University Police Department.
