Alpha MOS presents its 2024 half-year results
On October 31, 2024, Alpha MOS, the world leader in sensory analyzers, announced a 9% decline in its revenue as of June 30, reaching €2.5 million. Despite this decline, order intake increased by 30% compared to H1 2023. The company highlights a net income of €11.52 million linked to the deconsolidation of the Medtech activity.
The Foodtech business experienced a temporary slowdown in sales, but the order book increased. The Medtech division, via the subsidiary BOYDSense, is continuing its marketing efforts with its prototype for diabetes, benefiting from a fundraising of 7 million euros.
Alpha MOS approaches the future with an organic growth perspective and highlights the Public Withdrawal Offer targeting its shares, at a price of €0.50 per share, providing liquidity to minority shareholders.
