Alpine 4 Holdings Faces Compliance Challenges with NASDAQ Listing Rules

Stock price chart of Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. (EBR:ALPP) showing fluctuations.

On April 17, 2024, Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. received a notice from NASDAQ citing non-compliance with the Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to the late filing of its 2023 Annual Report on Form 10-K. This followed an earlier exception allowed by NASDAQ for the company to file its overdue Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2023, by May 13, 2024.

The company must now submit an updated plan to NASDAQ outlining steps to file its overdue financial reports and regain compliance. Alpine 4 Holdings plans to file both the Form 10-Q and the 2023 10-K promptly and will detail its compliance strategy to NASDAQ. However, there is no guarantee that the filings will meet NASDAQ's deadlines or that the compliance plan will be accepted.

Currently, the trading of Alpine 4 Holdings' common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol "ALPP" remains unaffected by this notice, as long as the company adheres to NASDAQ's stipulated requirements.
