Phoenix, AZ - Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. announced it received a delisting warning from Nasdaq on May 14, 2024, due to non-compliance with required financial reporting. The Staff Delisting Determination letter from Nasdaq stems from the company's failure to submit its Q3 2023 and full-year 2023 financial reports. Although the notice does not immediately affect the trading or status of Alpine 4's securities, it starts a delisting process which can culminate in their removal from Nasdaq.

Alpine 4 has been granted two prior exceptions to rectify the compliance issues but did not meet the most recent deadline of May 13, 2024. The company plans to appeal this determination before a Nasdaq Hearing Panel in hopes of securing a stay against the delisting while it works to solve the reporting delays. The hearing, expected within 30-45 days of the request, will determine the immediate financial future of the company as it races to submit the overdue documents.
