PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / May 17, 2024 - Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALPP) announced that on May 14, 2024, it received a Staff Delisting Determination letter from Nasdaq. This letter indicates potential delisting due to non-compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which mandates timely filing of periodic financial reports with the SEC. This determination has no immediate effect on trading or the listing of the Company's securities.

The issue arose from Alpine 4's failure to file its Quarterly Report for the period ending September 30, 2023, and its Annual Report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. A previously granted exception to comply by May 13, 2024, has expired. In response, the Company plans to appeal and seek to stay any suspension or delisting actions during this process.

Alpine 4 has until 4:00 p.m. EDT on May 21, 2024, to request a hearing, which will automatically stay any suspension for 15 days. Typically, hearings are scheduled within 30-45 days after the request, with decisions subject to further appeal. Alpine 4 is working to file the required reports promptly but acknowledges that there are no guarantees regarding timelines or outcomes.
