Alset AI Ventures Announces Share Consolidation
Alset AI Ventures Inc., an AI-focused venture company, has announced a 10-for-1 share consolidation effective May 1, 2026. The Vancouver-based company aims to streamline its issued and outstanding common shares, totaling 17,637,739 post-consolidation. There will be no fractional shares issued; fractions will be adjusted according to their proximity to whole numbers.
