Goldman Sachs exceeds the 5% threshold in ALSTOM's capital

On August 13, 2026, Goldman Sachs International crossed the 5% threshold of ALSTOM's share capital and voting rights. With 23,411,152 shares, the bank now holds 5.06% of the capital. This change resulted from an off-market acquisition. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., through its subsidiaries, indirectly owns 5.50% of the capital, distributed across several of the group's businesses.

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. controls 3,585,212 shares through securities lending and call and put options. In addition, 19,471,547 shares are controlled via options and swap contracts, providing strategic flexibility through various subsidiaries until 2036.
