ALSTOM SA: Disclosure of Total Voting Rights and Shares as of 8 July 2024
Alstom SA has disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares forming its share capital as of 8 July 2024. This information is in accordance with article L. 233-8 II of the French Code de commerce, as well as articles 223-16 and 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
On 8 July 2024, Alstom recorded a total of 461,509,585 shares, each with a nominal value of €7. Correspondingly, the gross number of voting rights also stands at 461,509,585.
This disclosure adheres to regulatory requirements and provides shareholders with transparency regarding the company's share capital structure.
