Provision of information concerning the ALTAMIR takeover bid

On September 12, 2025, ALTAMIR issued a press release in accordance with Articles 231-27.3° and 231-28 I of the AMF General Regulations, relating to the simplified public tender offer for its ordinary shares, initiated by Amboise SAS. This press release follows the AMF's compliance decision, dated September 11, 2025, granting visa No. 25-369 to ALTAMIR's Response Note.

ALTAMIR's legal, financial, and accounting information has been filed with the AMF and made available to the public. It supplements the Response Document and is available on the AMF and ALTAMIR websites. Copies may be purchased free of charge at the company's Paris headquarters.
