Altarea Announces Edward Arkwright as New Group CEO

Altarea has appointed Edward Arkwright as its new Group CEO, succeeding Jacques Ehrmann, who will retire in early 2025. Arkwright will assume the role on January 6, 2025, and will work alongside Alain Taravella, Altarea's President and Founder, to manage the company's businesses and support functions.

Before joining Altarea, Arkwright was the Executive Director at Aéroports de Paris (ADP), where he accumulated significant management experience and expertise in real estate and retail. His appointment is seen as a move to strengthen Altarea’s focus on customer engagement and operational excellence, as it navigates through recent real estate market challenges.

Alain Taravella expressed gratitude to Jacques Ehrmann for his contributions, noting his leadership during challenging times. He expressed confidence that Arkwright's extensive background will help lead Altarea's continued transformation and growth, reinforcing its commitment to serving urban communities and stakeholders.
