ALTAREA announces the holding of its Combined General Meeting for June 2024
The Combined General Meeting of ALTAREA shareholders will take place on June 5, 2024 in Paris. The meeting will take place at the Auditorium of the company's head office, located at 87 rue de Richelieu, from 11 a.m.
The meeting notice, already published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on April 29, 2024, includes the agenda, the proposed resolutions, as well as the terms of participation and voting. Shareholders may ask written questions before the meeting.
