Altarea Completes €390 Million Logistics Disposals

Altarea, a key player in the logistics market, announced the completion of significant asset disposals totaling nearly €390 million. The sales encompass three logistics sites and highlight Altarea's strategic expansion in the burgeoning logistics sector. The disposals include the Bollène and Oseraye logistics parks sold to WDP, and the Ecoparc Côtière sold to a fund managed by CBRE IM.

The Bollène logistics park spans 260,000 sqm and incorporates cutting-edge safety features and sustainable technologies like photovoltaic panels. The Oseraye site, at 37,000 sqm, is fully leased to Logeos. Simultaneously, the Ecoparc Côtière platform, strategically located near Lyon, covers 56,225 sqm and supports the SAMSE group's logistics activities. Altarea's growth strategy is underscored by its extensive 650,000 sqm development pipeline.
